From a young age, creativity has been my gateway to self-discovery and healing. I began painting in Quebec, Canada, at just four years old, guided by my mother and grandmother. This early introduction to art ignited a lifelong passion and helped shape the way I see and experience the world. Through the years, art has remained my first spiritual practice—a means of expression that connected me to something deeper within, a tool for reflection, and a way to bring harmony to my mind and spirit.
My journey as an artist continued to unfold as I pursued a studio art degree at the College of Charleston, and later as a member of the “Living Color” art collective. Creating murals, large-scale pieces, and painting for festivals helped me experience art in community settings, where its transformative power could be shared with others. My art, full of vibrant acrylics, is a reflection of my world travels and my ongoing relationship with the colors, shapes, and energy that connect us all.
However, it was through the combination of art and yoga that I truly began to explore the path of holistic healing. As I deepened my yoga practice and studied Ayurveda, I recognized that the same flow and connection I sought in my artwork mirrored the rhythms and balance found in these ancient healing traditions. The creative energy that flows through my art also channels into the practices of Ayurveda, yoga therapy, and herbal support—offering me a holistic toolkit for nurturing the body, mind, and spirit.
Now, as I continue my studies in Ayurvedic Medicine at the Yoga Veda Institute, I understand more deeply how the practices of art, yoga, and Ayurveda are intertwined. Each is a form of expression and connection to the self—helping us understand our unique balance and guiding us to live more intentionally. As I blend these practices in my work, I offer Ayurvedic Lifestyle Coaching and yoga therapy to help others find their own path to healing and wholeness.
Art will always be at the heart of my healing journey. Whether it’s through a brushstroke, a yoga posture, or a mindful herbal remedy, my work is about creating space for you to express, release, and restore. Art is not only a way to create, but a way to heal—and I’m here to guide you in that process.

Check Out My Art, My First Spiritual Practice
Art became my first spiritual practice because it allowed me to channel the sacred energy of the Divine Feminine, witnessing her cosmic transformation in every stroke. Through painting original works, murals, and commissions, I express the divine’s ever-evolving essence, finding deep connection and healing in the creative process. Each piece serves as a visual prayer, a way to honor and embody the transformative power of the feminine spirit.
