  • Embark on a transformative journey towards optimal health and well-being with a 3-month Ayurvedic coaching package. Through personalized guidance, tailored wellness plans, and regular coaching sessions, you'll discover how to align with your unique constitution, address imbalances, and cultivate balance across all aspects of your life. From customized dietary recommendations to mindfulness practices and stress management techniques, you'll receive the support and tools you need to achieve your health goals and sustain positive lifestyle changes.     Every month we will meet each week for an hour to set appropriate goals and reflect on the best way to improve your overall wellbeing by bringing you back to your own unique balance.

    Month 1: We will focus primarily on restoring your Agni (digestive fire) and improving your digestion. We will also decide on proper exercise and mindfulness practices to support our mind and bony. Meetings will continue weekly.

    Month 2: We will perfect your diet and nutrition and refine our daily routine to best support you mind, body and soul. Meetings will continue every two weeks.

    Month 3: We will dive deeper into personal desires, goal setting, embodiment and manifestation. Meetings will continue every two weeks.
