Pre-Natal Happy Hour
This April, we welcome our expecting families to join Mystic for a month’s series of pre-natal yoga celebrating this right of passage. Over the course of the month, we will explore the three pillars of pre-natal yoga: Breath, Movement and Grounding. Using a variety of healing modalities, students will learn to control and regulate their breath, feel more connected to their bodies and explore their new rhythm of life. Through the use of physical stretches, breath-work, visualization and sound healing, students are taught tools to use both on and off the mat during pregnancy.
Practice caters to the needs and support for all trimesters, offering many adjustments, modifications and prop play throughout the sequence. Please bring your mat, a blanket, blocks and a bolster if you have otherwise, we have some available at the studio to borrow!
Our bodies are made for this, have faith in the process!
Please bring water to stay hydrated and snack if needed!
