When I was 18, I was introduced to the festival culture. Invited to what seemed like a reunion for all creatives alike. This is when I discovered the trade of live painting. Most of my pieces have been started or completed during a run of shows. I have painted for over 100 musicians during the last 5 years and have had the honour of painting for a few festivals in addition to my favourite local venues in Charleston, SC and Eugene, OR.

Setting up my easel in front of a live audience to paint the night away is such a thrilling and uplifting experience. It gives me the chance to share my work, evoke different moods and perspectives all while giving me the space to connect with the community on a deeper level. From the atmosphere to the extremely talented musicians, I adore fusing together my energy with the crowd, noticing with each show the amount of inspiration that can influence each stroke.
